  1. Your menus sound yummy and very healthy! What have you found helps with wanting more good than you should consume at a meal or in between? Tips on this subject would be good to know 🙂

    1. Thanks, Debbie! Wow, that’s a good question, and one I’m currently failing. Ugh. My best tip is to keep the hands busy (I snack less when I’m on a crochet bender!)…and drinking lots of water or hot tea when “hungry”. Honestly, though, I’m in a bad place where I desperately need to REIGN IN the eating right now…
