  2. So very true…I remember each of my grandparents well and the legacy they left me…my children were blessed to also know 2 of my grandparents as their great-grandparents. It is our prayer that we are a godly influence on all of our grandchildren!

  3. As a Grandparent, I desire to leave a great legacy for my grandkids. I think about what I want them to know, to see in me, to learn from me, even now, while we are miles apart. Thank you for writing an encouraging post about the legacy of your grandpa. He sounds like he was a remarkable man. I love the fact it wasn’t the size of the cinnamon roll or the hot chocolate that is as memorable BUT the look on his face when he saw his granddaughters. That’s the legacy I want to leave my grandkids.

    1. I sure had fun looking for it! Awwww….sweet memories. I have one of him with toddlers Christy and Jeremy in his lap and he’s laughing. I love that one, too!
